Verleene Paul Goff, 92, of Cuthbert, GA passed away Friday July 18, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday July 19, 2014 at Damascus Baptist Church near Cuthbert with the Rev. David McFather and Rev. Richard Albritton officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery in Cuthbert, GA.

Mrs. Goff was born May 21, 1922 in Hawkinsville, GA. the daughter of the late Bernard and Sally Arthur Paul. She was a graduate of the school of nursing in Columbus, Ga., was a Retired Registered Nurse, Retired Director of Nursing and an avid visitor at Jo-Anne Burgin Nursing Home. She was a member of the Damascus Baptist Church for over 70 years. She was a devout christian lady and served her church and community in every way.

Survivors include a son Wayne (Susan) Goff of Benevolence, A grandson, Carl (Patty) McDonald of Cuthbert and 2 great grandsons, Cole and Cullen McDonald.
