Marley was born December 7, 1998 in Blakely, GA. She was a 2017 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA, where she played lacrosse and enjoyed hanging out with friends. In her early years, Marley lived in Ft Gaines with her Great-Grandmother Jewel, affectionately known as "Nanny" and her mama Julie; she also spent a lot of time with her Grandmother, Shirley, who loved her dearly. Marley really loved being with her brother, Noah, and sisters, Addie, Lilly, and Ella. She moved to Ozark, AL during her elementary school years to live with her great Aunt Linda. She made lifelong friends in Ozark, who kept in touch through the years. Marley moved to Suwanee, GA during her middle and high school years to live with her Uncle John, who was like a father to her throughout her childhood and teenage years. She made many friends in the Atlanta area. Marley lived with her Uncle John and special cousin Phoebe in the last year.

Marley was always a fun person to be around and touched many hearts. She loved to travel, music, fashion, playing with cats and catching frogs. People gravitated to Marley because of her fun spirit and love for adventure. She was always the life of the party and lived life to the fullest.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Julie Lynn, grandmother, Patricia Brookins, grandmother, Shirley Dahl Lynn, grandfathers, Edward Lynn and Bobby Brookins, great-grandmother, Jewell Crapps, and Anniebell Bellflower, great grandfathers Phillip Bellflower, Harold Crapps and John B.
