RUTH HAYES Obituary

Ruth Taylor Hayes, 84, of Dawson passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 in the Wynfield Health and Rehabilitation in Albany. Private graveside services for family will be conducted in the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Hayes was born on April 6, 1935 in Cuthbert the daughter of the late Roy Jackson Taylor and the late Mamie Vida Fulks Taylor. She was a former Operating Room Technician for Phoebe Putney before retiring as a Home Healthcare Nurse and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Dawson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Henry Hayes, Sr., 3 sisters, Ettaree Duke, Shirley Floyd and Lois Taylor and 4 brothers, Lewis Taylor, Harris Taylor, Russell Taylor and Lenard Taylor.

Survivors include 3 sons, Robert Henry (Jackie) Hayes, Jr. of Parrott, Roger Franklin (Tasha) Hayes of Anderson, SC and Robbie Allen (DeAnn) Hayes of Alford, FL and a number grandchildren and great grandchildren.
