Winnie Sauls Mainor 81, of Cuthbert, Ga. passed away Monday April 10, 2023 at Joe Anne Burgin Nursing Home. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday April 14, 2023 in Mt. Hebron Cemetery with the Rev. Ben McFather and Jeremy Mainor officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 Thursday Apr. 13, 2023 at Lunsford Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mainor was born Sept. 6, 1941 in Calhoun County the daughter of the late William Henry and Mamie Wright Sauls. She was married to Marcus Gary Mainor who preceded her in death in 1996. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

She retired after working as a convenient store clerk and working with Settles Precision company.

Winnie leaves memories: her children, a daughter Rhonda Mainor of Ft. Gaines, 2 sons Jerry (Kathy) Mainor of Shellman, Ga., Mike (Teresa) Mainor of Ft. Gaines, Ga.; 2 sisters Nina Smith (Michael) of Cuthbert and Johnnie Enfinger of Bainbridge.

She leaves her grandson Jeremy (Rebecca) Mainor, 2 Great granddaughters, Amelia and Macey, Grandson Ryan (Chani) Mainor, and 2 great granddaughters, Lilly and Cayla, and several nieces and nephews.

Her favorite Bible Verse was Jude 21:25.

Prayer: Ask unto him forgiveness, love and mercy, that is all to keep us from falling.
