Obituary
Franklin Todd Elliott
Morris, GA
Franklin Todd Elliott, 61, of Morris, GA, passed away on March 5, 2022, in Dothan, AL surrounded by his family.
Frank, better known as Todd, was born August 14, 1960, in Tampa, FL. He grew up in Seffner and graduated from Brandon Senior High School. He enlisted in the army and spent time in Korea helping people and keeping the peace. He left the army and continued his passion for aviation with his career as an aircraft mechanic, as well as, volunteering many years to the Lakeland Sun ‘n Fun Fly In expo before retiring to Georgia. He was a Baptist and in recent years was a dedicated member of the non-denominational church of Cowboy-Up Ministry of Hardee County. Everyone knew they could count on him and all they had to do was “give’em a call” and he would do all he could to help.
He was a devoted and loving husband to his wife Terrie, as well as a caring, inspiring father to his two daughters, Christina and Bethany Elliott. He understood love and how to share it by welcoming many additional members into his family including sisters, brothers, children and grandchildren with a big bear hug.
He will always be remembered as a man with dreams in his eyes, joy in his heart and love in his soul. He is welcomed to heaven by his loving parents Ben and Zella as well as his sister Amy. He has his wings now and its his time to fly.
